• Organisation of the Project from its inception through the design, budget, tender and construction phases and onto completion of the final account.

Managed Contracts

• Undertaking responsibility in a Main Contractor role managing individual specialists either of the clients choosing or selected by us and co-ordinating their work to complete the Project, providing budget updates and financial negotiation with each specialist in an “open book” style that provides clients with individual costs and no “hidden extras”

Negotiated Contracts

• Offering pre contract financial advice to clients to produce the most cost effective and innovative projects and acting as Main Contractor for the construction phase.
